Booking cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking period, rate type, platform, or special offer selected at the time of reservation.

Guests are advised to review the cancellation conditions before confirming their booking. If the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation policy shown on that platform will apply.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to the cancellation terms of the confirmed booking.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card provider, or payment service used.

Non-refundable bookings

Some bookings, offers, or special rates may be non-refundable. In these cases, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

Changes to reservations

Requests to change reservation dates, number of guests, or stay duration are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

No-show policy

Early departure

If a guest leaves before the scheduled check-out date, refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed and depend on the booking conditions.
